The provider photos and widget are not updating, what do I do?
Problem
If your office uses the provider search widget, there might come a time when you have updated photos to be displayed.
At this time, you'll need to contact your account manager with the new photo to get it uploaded. After they successfully update your photo, you might load your booking page and see the old photo. The old photo is cached in your browser.
To clear the cache in your browser, follow the instructions below.
On a PC: hold down Ctrl and hit the Reload button OR Hold down Ctrl and press F5
On a Apple: Hold down Shift and click the Reload button OR Hold down Command + Shift and click the R key
If for some reason this doesn't work, don't hesitate to reach out to your account manager for further support.
